Unethical and disgraceful
Purchased Subzero H11 LED kit (pair), i received only one light. Contact Xtralight through phone, email, and chat, first i was told replacement will ship the next day but never ship.
This continue 4 more weeks and each time i contact Xtralight was told the same thing. After 5th week, eveytime i contact Xtralight, before i provide my order number customer service agent was nice and talkative, however after i provide order number customer agent either hung up the phone or just stop communicate. I purchase from Xtralight since their first year, i did business with Xtralight for more than 13 years and yhis is how Xtralight treat loyal customer. These idiots are unethical, liars, and disgraceful!!
So more than month and half after i paid, Xtralight still not ship the missing item.
I am so tired of Xtralight's lies and bad treatment i asked for full refund and was ignore and denied!! Never purxhase anything from these sorry crooks, XTRALIGHT STEAL AND NEVER FEEL REMORSE!!

Im not sure why stephanie asked me if my 73 yr old mom sucks *** i just wanted a refund
this is the strangest online or offline retail experience ever. I called before I ordered to see if they had stock I was told yes they had stock.
Then a week later with no communication and a charge on my credit card I called to see what was up and was then told it was on backorder. But I called first and was told they had stock, strange so i wait and wait and wait 5 weeks later I called to see whats up. This is where it gets very strange. I was then told that my parts were discontinued, so I asked where my refund was?
Thats when I got pissed wasted 6 weeks waiting for them. I asked for the owners # and was given an adult chat line # which was kinda funny but really is this how to do business? I then got a text message from a random # asking if my mom {{Redacted}}? low and behold its service rep I was talking to!
The texts continued it was amazing! I have never been harassed buy someone who Ive given all my personal information to. I swear its ran by the Chinese mafia in Vancouver. They have a 604 fax # and 250 customer service #(which goes to a realtor).
The customer service is so bad they obviously don't need the business. I cancelled my credit card just in case. I think they are a bad company to try and do business with. The next time I am in Vancouver I'm going to spend a couple days tracking these guys down and letting them know what I think of how Stephanie treated me today.
It's easy to hide behind a computer but I wonder if they will be that rude face to face, I know im going to be. See you next week Vince.

I would have been wary reading the part about how our experts love to solve problems.They need expert(s) to solve problem(s) ? All day, on the payroll ? There must be an unforgivable number of "problems" ; I can't guess since you never mentioned the nature of the product or the service you'd hoped to receive and how much money was spent.Your complaint centers around the most insignificant part of the transaction rather than the substantive issues of product satisfaction or financial recovery.
