Horrible company

I ordered headlamps and an hid kit. I did not receive any notification that it shipped or when i should receive it. I finally get it in and there's no instructions. I called and they sent me a link that had nothing to do with the kit i had bought. I tried calling and emailing and they kept avoiding me. Their customer service is horrible. I see other customers that bought their product and it didn't work. I hope mine does, because i won't know till i install it on my truck in Costa Rica. If it doesn't I'll just have to dispute the charges. I don't recommend this company for anyone.

I was shipped a damaged headlight. The inner box that held the lights was visibly damaged, but the outer box had no damage whatsoever. It's now 2 months since i first contacted them multiple times through their chat, by phone and through email. I first sent an email, recieve no response, so i called a few days later. They said it probably went to their spam folder because i didn't put my order number in the subject, and to resend the email, but refused to take care of it over the phone. Yep weeks, and no contact. I then tried to call a few times again, but was out on hold for 15 minutes. I decided to use their chat function, and was told they were too busy, and that it is first come first served, so i waited for 30 minutes. .. Nothing. Tried the chat function a a couple days later, and was told the item was out of stock, and would ship within a couple days. .... still nothing.

2011 chevy avalanche spyder lights. Paid extra $500 for the regularly $250 spyder light from amazon. Upgraded to hid lights and paid additional $150 for upgraded "55w" ballasts. The ballast came in not indicating wattage at all. Just labels and japanese mambo jumbo warnings. At professional install the expert took one look and said, "these are not 55w, they are 35w". I finally found the ballast itself on xtralight website and the description lists it as 35w. I asked xtralight technician if i need a relay since im going from 35w to 55w and he was rude and telling me I don't and to stop asking. He was saying I don't need one because he knew their ballast is 35w and he was cunning me. I could have gotten the same final result for half the price but i was hoping xtralights are experts and im getting quality stuff. Boy was i wrong, afterthe fact finding horrific reviewsz

Customer NO service!

What a joke! The customer NO service you get from these people is terrible. I simply called in to follow up on two emails that I sent via their email link on the order confirmation to cancel an order that I never got a response from. First, the lady that answered the phone didn't even answer it Xtralights, so I had to ask. Then with attitude she answered like it was a stupid question. Here's a thought, answer your business phone with the company name! Then I proceeded to tell her I was calling to follow up on 2 emails I had sent to cancel an order and her response was, "Well sir, it would help if I had a name or email address to start with" in again, a smart *** tone. So I obliged her with an order number I had right in front of me from my email. Then with even more attitude, she tells me she's going to put me on hold until I calm down before she processes my cancellation and refund. If this is any reflection of how the company conducts business with their customers, I sure am glad I canceled my order with them and went with another online vendor. Guess I wasn't as important as their website claims their customers to be. Don't waste your time or money with these people! I would have been wary reading the part about how our experts love to solve problems.They need expert(s) to solve problem(s) ? All day, on the payroll ? There must be an unforgivable number of "problems" ; I can't guess since you never mentioned the nature of the product or the service you'd hoped to receive and how much money was spent.Your complaint centers around the most insignificant part of the transaction rather than the substantive issues of product satisfaction or financial recovery.

Purchased Subzero H11 LED kit (pair), i received only one light. Contact Xtralight through phone, email, and chat, first i was told replacement will ship the next day but never ship.

This continue 4 more weeks and each time i contact Xtralight was told the same thing. After 5th week, eveytime i contact Xtralight, before i provide my order number customer service agent was nice and talkative, however after i provide order number customer agent either hung up the phone or just stop communicate. I purchase from Xtralight since their first year, i did business with Xtralight for more than 13 years and yhis is how Xtralight treat loyal customer. These idiots are unethical, liars, and disgraceful!!

So more than month and half after i paid, Xtralight still not ship the missing item.

I am so tired of Xtralight's lies and bad treatment i asked for full refund and was ignore and denied!! Never purxhase anything from these sorry crooks, XTRALIGHT STEAL AND NEVER FEEL REMORSE!!

I ordered a set of headlights for my 97 GMC Savana van. When they arrived I took them and the van to my mechanic and they attempted to install them they did not line up with the holes in the van, they would not fit. Also the screws provided were too big for the blocks that were on the headlights themselves. I called the company seven times getting the same operator multiple times and was stalled redirected and fed a line of horse pucky resulting in me having to call back again. After that I began to search the reviews for this company this is their standard operating procedure. They will sell you an item that either does not fit or is substandard in quality then when you try to return it they make you pay for the shipping and then do not refund your money. I would love to join a group of people in a class action lawsuit to rid the Earth of these vermin

Don't do business with them

I ordered a set of LED head lights for my buick regal. After receiveing them. The head light assembly did not come with the bright lights like the picture showed. they gave options on the HID lights for what driving and what bright light you wanted. When I called them they told me that they did not come with the bright light because it was ILLEGAL to sell them with the bright led light because it would blind people and they could not be responsible. They said they would take the lights back and send me a return shipping label. I never got the shipping label. I called several times and they said they sent it, then said they would resend it, then I got on the phone with a Joanne, who said she was the general manager (she was not) she couldn't even tell me if the company was a corporation. if she was the general manager she would have been able to tell me this. She stated that the shipping department did not authorize a return shipping label. (what?) I had two other people tell me they already sent it. the she said that my only options were to have them send me the bright lights or I would have to pay shipping back to them and they would charge me a 20%fee. Never ever do business with them you will get the shaft.

this is the strangest online or offline retail experience ever. I called before I ordered to see if they had stock I was told yes they had stock.

Then a week later with no communication and a charge on my credit card I called to see what was up and was then told it was on backorder. But I called first and was told they had stock, strange so i wait and wait and wait 5 weeks later I called to see whats up. This is where it gets very strange. I was then told that my parts were discontinued, so I asked where my refund was?

Thats when I got pissed wasted 6 weeks waiting for them. I asked for the owners # and was given an adult chat line # which was kinda funny but really is this how to do business? I then got a text message from a random # asking if my mom {{Redacted}}? low and behold its service rep I was talking to!

The texts continued it was amazing! I have never been harassed buy someone who Ive given all my personal information to. I swear its ran by the Chinese mafia in Vancouver. They have a 604 fax # and 250 customer service #(which goes to a realtor).

The customer service is so bad they obviously don't need the business. I cancelled my credit card just in case. I think they are a bad company to try and do business with. The next time I am in Vancouver I'm going to spend a couple days tracking these guys down and letting them know what I think of how Stephanie treated me today.

It's easy to hide behind a computer but I wonder if they will be that rude face to face, I know im going to be. See you next week Vince.

Spyder lights for my truck 2001 dodge ram

just started to try and make contact but cannot get a hold of any one , my head lights have No low beams, I put everything together and had to everything apart an install my old head lights. My order number is 3084**** and I paid 419.95 . the product was spyder head lights. my order took place on December 31 ,2017. o have been trying to make contact but know one picks up at all, no chat room , cannot get anyone on the phone. this should be an easy process, but appears to be a pain in the ass.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and leave you with a piece of junk product or not ship it at all. I purchased a pair of replacement headlights and one of them leaked water in. I contacted customer service who told me to goop silicone around the edges and have a good day. Very disrespectful and rude. They have no desire to make the customer happy or resolve any problem that may arise. I wish I had seen these reviews before I made the purchase and I would have steered clear of them. BUYER BEWARE.

Several messages to talk to someone that could help. Than about a week later I was able to talk to someone and was able to help with my faulty light bar, I'm to get a prepaid authorization to return this product back in return for another. This was a long ordeal now I'm a little skeptical how long I'm to wait for a replacement. Actually what I wanted is a refund of my money and just forget it.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

I purchased a brand new aftermarket pair of headlights for a BMW 325i through that company. When I received them, the passenger side unit was defective out of the box (damaged light bulb lock mechanism). When I installed them after I received the replacement passenger side unit and realized that the Xenon light kit that they sell as a package with the headlights does not fit the headlights. Those 2 products are not compatible. So, I gave up on the Xenon kit and I just installed the headlights with the Halogen bulbs that came with it. At the first car-wash after the install, the driver side unit came out all foggy. Water got in it. I noticed a spot where the back plastic part and the clear front part was not properly sealed. This was clearly a manufacturing defect. I sent them an email on 08/10/2017 telling that I would like to return the product. I never got a reply, even after sending a follow up email. I called today and the person I got on the phone just told me that I had a 30 days period to return the product and hung up on me. There has not been 30 day between the time I received the replacement unit (09/14) part and the time I sent my complaint (08/10). I could not have installed the headlights before since I was waiting for my replacement unit. By the way I receive an insulting text message saying "Hijo d *** imegrante" from an unknown number 10 min after called them . So, if you get insults from 626-800-****. It's probably from them...
