Xtralights - Im not sure why stephanie asked me if my 73 yr old mom sucks *** i just wanted a refund
this is the strangest online or offline retail experience ever. I called before I ordered to see if they had stock I was told yes they had stock.
Then a week later with no communication and a charge on my credit card I called to see what was up and was then told it was on backorder. But I called first and was told they had stock, strange so i wait and wait and wait 5 weeks later I called to see whats up. This is where it gets very strange. I was then told that my parts were discontinued, so I asked where my refund was?
Thats when I got pissed wasted 6 weeks waiting for them. I asked for the owners # and was given an adult chat line # which was kinda funny but really is this how to do business? I then got a text message from a random # asking if my mom {{Redacted}}? low and behold its service rep I was talking to!
The texts continued it was amazing! I have never been harassed buy someone who Ive given all my personal information to. I swear its ran by the Chinese mafia in Vancouver. They have a 604 fax # and 250 customer service #(which goes to a realtor).
The customer service is so bad they obviously don't need the business. I cancelled my credit card just in case. I think they are a bad company to try and do business with. The next time I am in Vancouver I'm going to spend a couple days tracking these guys down and letting them know what I think of how Stephanie treated me today.
It's easy to hide behind a computer but I wonder if they will be that rude face to face, I know im going to be. See you next week Vince.
